Alci Group introduces the new “VISION ONE” App, suitable for PC and Smartphone, for supervising in real time centrifugal extractor’s performances.
The App, settled with low cost, gives the possibility to storage and record in Cloud all the benchmark values of Decanter – like the energy uptakes, working times, in and out flow (if flow meter installed) repetition numbers, alarm history and their settings on time-line, for a long-time analysis.
At first, another deployment, based on the same history working, will improve scheduled maintenance times, and after result will give you an effective programmable maintenance time sheet.
Collected data – after your license, could be read also by our Technical Team for giving you support and services and identify maintenance times, development for processed goods optimizing and for suggesting solution about functional problems or process.
