Since twenty years, Alci provides assistance services and maintenance on plants and machineries.
Qualified technicians for building sites, supported by a project managers and engineering draughtsman, do maintenance actions and supply original spare parts in site or at Alci’s factory.
Alci Decanter guarantees to its customers an assistance service on-call between 24/72 hours from the start of the event, or an assistance on 12/24 hours for distance from the headquarters (Ascoli Piceno, Marche region) equal to or less than 250 km. The availability is guarantees for various problems and technical consults for 12 house/day, public holidays not included.
Thanks to remote control system and to “Vision One”, Alci Decanter can provides monitoring services via remote tele-control with customer’s supervision too. It is possible doing verifying for anomalies, operating parameters, data collecting and alarms reset.
In case of machinery-down, Alci Decanter offers to customers the possibility to rent different sizing mobile plants, always present at Alci’s machineries and tools pools.
Alci Decanter provides a 300 s.m. floor ground completely dedicated for spare parts warehouse. The critical items of centrifuges, as also the commercial spare parts, are always available.
